As of the time of the writing of this review, developers from Live Motion Games have managed to deploy to the public only a very versatile and content-rich free demo, with the full game still being in development with a wide array of new tools and gameplay features being worked on for a final release.

Still, even in this free demo form, Builder Simulator manages to deliver an extremely authentic and engaging worksite experience that will attract the attention of both novice PC gamers and seasoned home builders.
