Combofix was designed to scan a computer for known malware, and spyware (SurfSideKick, QooLogic, and Look2Me as well as any other combination of the mentioned spyware applications) and remove them.

The program allows the manual removal of spyware infections. It's a specialized effective cleaning tool, which is useful compared to other malware and spyware removers. After Combofix is finished, a report will be created. You can use this report to search and remove infections that are not automatically removed.

How to Use Combofix:

Disable or close all anti-spyware, anti-malware, anti-virus real-time protection
Download (Download) the latest official program (4.1MB) and save it to your desktop
Close all of the software, and programs running on your computer
Double click and start Combo fix.exe on your computer desktop
When freeware is finished, it will create logs for you

Note: This program works with Windows 8, but not Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11 at this time.
