Crab Game is an action survival game created by indie developer Dani as a response to the tremendous popularity of the Netflix TV series Squid Game. Even though it bears a different name compared to the show and the creator denies it has any connection with the Netflix show, the game follows the same structure as the fictional game show that has gripped the attention of the world.

The game presents the player with a wide variety of children's games that slowly lead to the elimination of active players until only one winner remains. Developed from the ground up to run on a wide array of desktop computers and laptop hardware, this is a perfect game for users who just want to have some fun in an online environment with their friends.

While most of the games that have taken inspiration from this TV show are focused on the arena/puzzle online experience, Crab Game focuses more on first-person multiplayer survival that can host up to 50 active players that can compete on 28 innovative maps and nine gameplay modes.

The biggest difference is that here every online participant can hold a weapon in their hands (such as bats and guns), making each online arena much more deadly. Players are free to join public games or host their own games.
