Vikings: War Of Clans

Vikings: War Of Clans is a popular MMO strategy game developed by Israeli mobile, social, and web-based game developer Plarium, which is best known today for its international hit mobile game Raid: Shadow Legends.

Vikings: War Of Clans for PC was originally released in the summer of 2015 on iOS and Android platforms. However, a fully-featured PC port appeared in early 2017, enabling all Windows PC users to get this Vikings game up and running straight FREE inside their modern web browser.

The core gameplay loop of Plarium Vikings' War Of Clans pushes players to cooperate, intending to form strong clans and fight for supremacy against competing clans. Players can raise their rank within each clan through a complex hierarchy of positions, all the way up to the clan’s chieftain. The goal of the game is for one of the clans to capture a place of power, a unique location at the center of the map of each kingdom.

Since many clans will fight to gain control of that location, players are encouraged to elevate their economic output by building larger and more sophisticated cities and training armies that could not only secure that place of power but also raid neighboring kingdoms for valuable resources. And those resources are the heart of the game because without them the cities cannot grow, and armies cannot be trained. In the updates added after the release of the base game, players could even try to conquer all the clans on the map, thus becoming the kings of the entire land.

A single clan in this Viking online game can grow to the size of 100-125 persons. To get clans that big, players need to organize and work together on building truly large cities that can support their armies and economic needs. In the current version of the game, a single world map can host up to 45 thousand players and a record-breaking 850 active clans.

To keep the attention of players on the game, developers of Vikings: War Of Clans have devised spectacular 2D visuals, with a detailed isometric world map, and detailed city structures. This ambitious level of presentation makes playing the game a true joy. However, because of that the game also has a bit higher system requirement, with the recommended PC being a modern quadcore i5 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and at least 500MB of free storage space.

The game UI is translated into nine international languages, including Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and others.
